9:30-12:30

Location:

The Blake School 511 Kenwood Parkway, Minneapolis 55403 [Across the street from the Parade Ground Stadium/Hockey Arena. Two blocks west of the Walker Art Gallery] Please park in the West parking lot, which is the side opposite downtown.

Set-up time:

Doors will open for set-up beginning at 8:45 a.m. Each presenter will have either a five or eight foot table for set-up. We will make every effort to accommodate presenters who need an electrical outlet for their display.

Presentation time:

The majority of students will come in two shifts.

The first shift is from 9:30-11:00; the second from 11:00 -12:30. The schedule will be repeated twice:

9:30-9:50; 11-11:20 - Plenary session in the auditorium with information about the day. Presenter introduction. [Auditorium]

9:50-10:30; 11:20-12:00 - Browsing programs in the main display area.

10:30-11:00; 12-12:30 - Filling out applications, snack and raffle [Cafeteria].  Presenters will be available in the cafeteria to answer questions and help with application questions. 

Number of attendees:

The anticipated attendance is 275 high school age students and 80 middle school students in grades 7 and 8.

Registration is free; this is a no cost event.
